  | The Multitype Implant Concept

The strategic balance between function and safety

Successful implantology is guided by contemplation of different aspects. Special attention should be placed on the use of a maximum of available bone at each indication and anatomical situation, edentulous or partially edentulous, with regard to alveolar bone height, width and profile as well as on the existing bone quality.
For each different bone quantity and quality the implantologist should have on hand a suitable implant system so that for the prosthetic restoration a stable, strategically favorable support can be obtained. As the goal which we are to reach for each patient is a good balance between function, safety and esthetics.
