ENDOPORE® – the Unique

The application of the Endopore implants with very short implants lengths (starting from 5 mm) offers increased surgical options especially for shallow alveolar bone.
With Endopore, it is often possible to avoid sinus lifts or other augmentation procedures in the maxilla and mandible.

 “Two and a half years ago I applied Endopore for the first time when I had to solve an extreme alveolar bone situation.
What was the background: The mandibular jaw had a remaining bone height of only 6 mm in the area of molars 38, 37. And the patient was not prepared to endure a horizontal augmentation due to his basic health condition.
This kind of case can be solved excellently by using Endopore implants. The unique design of the system and the special porous surface allows an enormous increase in bone apposition in relation to the implant length. The bone contact surface responsible for absorption of functional load is three-dimensional by the special particle structure. We now have a system which allows us to restore reduced bone areas. The instrumentation is minimal and  uncomplicated to apply. The one-phase and two-phase fixation options of implant and abutment permits a prosthetic rehabilitation at different levels."
